City of Victoriaville, Quebec
Brand Identity Signage Project – Custom Monoliths
Project Year: 2025
As part of the modernization of its municipal infrastructure, the City of Victoriaville commissioned Kalitec to design, manufacture, and install custom-made identification monoliths intended to highlight some of its public buildings.
The goal was to create effective and durable visual landmarks that would help residents find their way while reinforcing the municipality’s visual identity. Each monolith was designed to blend harmoniously with the existing architecture and the urban environment.

SIGNAGE THAT COMBINES VISIBILITY AND BRAND IDENTITY
Strategically located, the monoliths developed by Kalitec offer excellent visibility from a distance thanks to their vertical format and sleek design.
For this project, special attention was paid to incorporating the City of Victoriaville’s institutional colors and distinctive graphic elements. The result is elegant signage that contributes to the professional and welcoming image of municipal facilities.
The monolithic structure also clearly displays the building’s name and address, ensuring quick identification for residents, visitors, and emergency services.

EQUIPMENT DESIGNED TO LAST
Made from durable materials suited to Quebec’s climate, the monoliths are designed to maintain their appearance and performance for many years.
From workshop design to on-site installation, every stage of the project was carried out in collaboration with city officials to ensure optimal integration into the surroundings and compliance with the project’s aesthetic and functional objectives.
Today, these new visual landmarks contribute both to the user experience and to the enhancement of Victoriaville’s municipal infrastructure, demonstrating that well-designed signage can become a truly distinctive feature of the urban landscape.
